Nice campus, nice setting, great amenities and great value
cant see the signage from the street. Easily missed
Really nice staff. Rooms very, very nice. Shuttle to game. Will be our only place we stay while daughter is at UNC
Brand new construction. Some of electrical outlets did not work. Construction material still in parking area. Give them a couple weeks and it will be perfect.
Close proximity to my event, clean, convenient to restaurants etc.
guest pantry was ridiculous. Popcorn and Klondike bar....that was it. I remembered staying at the Carolina Inn a couple of years ago and it seemed to be better then.
The bedding was divine and the bathroom was very spacious!
Wish we could have stayed longer...
Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Good location.
Parking too far away from center. Shower was dirty. Could not turn on shower without getting wet. Construction being done right outside room started early in AM. No night lights in room, and if you left light on in bathroom it shown through translucent door. Breakfast was in a separate building and cost $12 a person. Unable to find snack area that was suppose to be available for guests.
The fabulous room, overall décor of the facility, the grounds, the beds, the guest pantry
not a bad experience but our check-in was a little slow
Pantry that had complimentary beverages . Room was quaint & breakfast was good.
Our phone in the room did not work so we couldn't call for wake up call. The television volume or cable reception kept going in & out which made watching tv impossible. Refrigerator was unplugged so did no good when needed. The hotel was completely booked and maybe we had a room that hadn't been used recently?
Was 1st time at the Rizzo. On basis of experience, it is now our #1 choice in the future for staying in Chapel Hill
Staff very courteous & friendly! Sports bar rocked! Breakfast was awesome.
Roll away bed mattress VERY thin. We were pleased with everything else ... I would not say "a good value" as it cost twice what we usually pay.
The staff is really warm and helpful. They have public kitchen with free drinks and ice creams! Free shuttle to UNC campus is also provided. I'm so impressed with this place.
We have learned that this is a gem of a place to stay on weekends. It is quiet, comfortable and convenient with beautiful grounds and helpful staff. We love the complimentary stocked pantries and the updated sports bar. Very convenient to UNC.
Friendly, helpful staff.
Far from center of Chapel Hill. Parking for guests is a very long hike from the hotel. Rooms were fair, but for the price would have expected a bit better. Fine if you're attending a conference at the center, but for future travel to the area I'll look elsewhere.
